This was a vinyl-only release, an LP with 76 bands and a 7" with 24 bands - no song is over 1 minute long. I wonder if this is where Fat Wreck got their idea from? It also comes with a 32 page booklet. Check out that Submission Hold title (fourth from the end) - it's like Killdozer never went away. In case you can't see the J Church track buried in there, it's 30 Second Song and appears towards the end of the LP.

I've also seen references to this compilation being released on Too Many Records, which appears to be the same person.
