LP. From the album's insert: "This album comes with a bonus
live 7" privately titled 'Hey Mike, We've Got A Great Idea...'
to reward all you vinyl purists. It was recorded at the Women's
Building sometime in 1992. Brendan's second ever show with the band."
Lance added, on his original J Church website: "The giveaway
single was a kind of tribute to all the freebies and cool promotional
ideas Elvis Costello had on his early albums. I like CDs and all,
but we'll help the fight to save vinyl too. Once again, J Church
sits on the fence."
There's no picture cover, just a plain white sleeve and a blank
inner on the vinyl.
