'Proper' album number three, recorded in the UK by Frankie Stubbs of Leatherface fame. The LP and CD were released by different labels and in different covers. The LP cover is on the left above, the CD cover is on the right. The track list above is the order in which they appear on vinyl. The CD running order is slightly changed and misses two songs from the LP, but adds Transvestite Show as one of those pesky hidden songs, starting at 26:11 of Stinking Seas.

Most of the songs are written about Los Angeles, where Gardner went to college in the late '80s and where he was soon joined by the other members of his and Lance's previous band Cringer. The album title comes from the name of a street on which Lance and Gardner lived.
