From the Failed Experiment Records site: "1157 Wheeler Avenue is the address where Amadou Diallo lived. It was in the vestibule of this apartment building where he was shot 41 times by members of the NYPD in 1999. This record is a memorial to Diallo and $3 from each record sold will be donated in Diallo's name to Human Rights Watch, to fund their anti-police brutality campaign."

This is the second such release by this label and all but three songs (Fifteen, 4-Squares, Youth Brigade) are exclusive to the CD.
